VEPAL LAMINATE: WHAT IS IT?

VEPAL LAMINATE FLOORS ARE THE RESULT OF INNOVATION AND TECHNOLOGY: THEY OFFER THE PERFECT COMBINATION OF ON-TREND DESIGN AND EXTREME WEAR RESISTANCE.

COMPOSITIONvepal-laminated

The base of a Vepal Laminate floor is a support panel in High Density Fibreboard (HDF), comprising virgin wood fibres compressed with resins. This “core” is covered by a decorative layer containing a sheet of paper that faithfully reproduces the surface finish and grain of wood. The top surface layer is an overlay that gives a transparent finish, made from a thermosetting resin to guarantee the highest resistance to foot traffic. The counterbalancing is provided by a stabilising paper impregnated with melamine resins.

VEPAL LAMINATES: A NATURAL TOUCH.

VEPAL LAMINATES ARE INSPIRED BY NATURE. THE SURFACE STRUCTURES EMPHASISE THE TEXTURE AND GRAIN OF THE WOOD.

PREMIUM AND TREND – AC4: Thanks to a specially developed technique, this particular finish for Trend Laminates ensures very accurate reproduction of the wood grain. Today, thanks to Vepal Laminates, you can enjoy the appearance of a natural wooden floor combined with the exceptionally lifetime of laminate surfaces. AC4 class abrasion resistance means it is suitable for commercial use and resistant to moderate foot traffic.

PLATINUM – AC5: All you need to do is look at the Platinum Laminates to appreciate the surface finish of their decors, characterised by an irregular surface that gives this article special appeal. AC5 class resistance means it is suitable for commercial use and resistant to heavy foot traffic.
